The magnificent Sautee Lodge offers our guests a spacious conference room featuring a huge stone fireplace and the latest in audio-video equipment, plus tables and chairs to accommodate up to 100 people inside and another 50 people can be seated in the screened in area. There is also a state of the art catering kitchen. The screened-in-porch dining area complete with a bar and large flat panel television make it perfect for large group meals, parties and receptions of all kinds. It is a wonderful place for corporate or association retreats and events, family reunions, weddings and rehearsal dinners, church group fellowships, and much more. We have preferred caterers who can prepare delicious meals for your event, or you may bring your own food and beverages, or use a caterer of your choice. After dinner gather around our great fire pit for s’mores, story-telling or a sing-along beneath a starry sky.

Immersed in nature, our compound of twelve spacious 4-5 bedroom villas and three cozy one-bedroom cabins allow you to focus on your group objectives while relaxing in a tranquil setting. Each beautifully decorated villa and cabin has its own unique personality. Two are wheelchair accessible. All interiors are Ponderosa Pine with hardwood floors.
The villas feature a large open living-dining area with a fully-equipped stainless steel kitchen, large stone fireplace, flat panel television, washer/dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi. They all have a separate meeting room or game room with a pool table and a love-seat that pulls out into a double bed.
